Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Morning
Transportation information: Public transportation is available

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and database software

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and capable of working effectively under pressure
  • The candidates should be able to meet tight deadlines and demonstrate attention to detail in their work

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to review and evaluate new administrative procedures and oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
  • The candidates should be able to delegate work to office support staff and assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • The candidates should be able to establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met, carry out administrative activities of the establishment, and coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
  • The candidates should be able to assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
