Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to hire, train, direct, and motivate staff, market business services, and plan and control budget and expenditures
- The candidates should be able to plan and direct research, direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies, and plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies
- The candidates should be able to plan, develop, and organize the policies and procedures of establishments, represent the company within various economic and social organizations, and lead/instruct groups
