Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 years to less than 3 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should have attention to detail
- The candidates should be capable of performing repetitive tasks
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be organized, ability to multitask, and time management skills
- The candidates should be a team player
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc., train other workers, and record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- The candidates should be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, and answer the telephone, relay telephone calls and messages, and answer electronic inquiries
- The candidates should be able to compile data, statistics, and other information, order office supplies and maintain inventory, and arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
- The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
- The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
