Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as college/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years’
Area of specialization:Â Correspondence, Reports and records, Contracts, Financial statements, Invoices, Charts, tables, graphs, diagrams
Computer and technology knowledge:Â MS Windows, MS Office
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure, and a repetitive tasker
- The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to work in tight deadlines
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be accurate, client focus, organized, flexible, reliable, and judgmental

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences and schedule/confirm appointments
- The candidates should be able to answer the telephone, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries
- The candidates should be able to compile data, statistics, and other information, order office supplies, and maintain inventory
- The candidates should be able to arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations, greet people, and direct them to contacts or service areas
- The candidates should be able to open, distribute, and coordinate incoming mail and material, as well as oversee the preparation of reports
- The candidates should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, manage contracts, and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
