Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year 

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to work in noisy environments, maintaining focus and efficiency despite external distractions
• The candidates should be adept at thriving in a fast-paced environment, managing tasks efficiently and working under pressure to meet tight deadlines with composure
• The candidates should be comfortable with repetitive tasks, maintaining attention to detail and precision, and capable of handling heavy loads using proper lifting techniques
• The candidates should be physically fit to meet the demands of a physically demanding role, possess a strong attention to detail for accuracy and precision in their work
• The candidates should be adaptable to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking as part of the work routine, able to stand for extended periods, and comfortable sitting for extended periods if required
• The candidates should be able to walk as needed for the job, be willing to work additional hours when necessary, and able to lift weights up to 9 kg (20 lbs) as part of the job requirements

• The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills, facilitating effective communication with team members and clients
• The candidates should demonstrate excellent oral communication skills in conveying information clearly and professionally, exhibiting flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and tasks as required
• The candidates should show initiative in taking proactive steps to contribute to the success of projects and tasks, and be reliable in consistently delivering on commitments
• The candidates should be team players, fostering collaboration and positive interactions within the team, and exercise good judgment in decision-making and problem-solving situations
• The candidates should be organized in their work, maintaining order and structure in tasks and responsibilities, with punctuality being essential by consistently arriving on time for scheduled commitments

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
• The candidates should be able to clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
• The candidates should be able to disinfect operating rooms and other areas
• The candidates should be able to provide basic information on facilities
• The candidates should be able to pick up debris and empty trash containers
• The candidates should be able to wash windows, walls, and ceilings
• The candidates should be able to perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
