Salary: $40,000 to $42,000 annually (To be negotiated) for 40 hours per week

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Computer and technology knowledge: Accounting software, Database software and MS Excel

  • The candidates should be able to prepare journal entries
  • The candidates should be able to manage accounts receivable
  • The candidates should be able to prepare bank reconciliations
  • The candidates should be able to invoice clients
  • The candidates should be able to conduct credit and collections
  • The candidates should be able to perform clerical duties, such as maintaining filing and record systems
  • The candidates should be able to perform general office duties
  • The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns
