Salary: $24.50 hourly for 32 to 35 hours per week

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to plan and control budget and expenditures, supervise and train other workers
  • The candidates should be able to record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • The candidates should be able to plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies, schedule and confirm appointments, and manage contracts
  • The candidates should be able to answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, answer electronic enquiries, and compile data, statistics, and other information
  • The candidates should be able to oversee the preparation of reports, advise senior management, and respond to employee questions and complaints
  • The candidates should be able to oversee payroll administration, arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
  • The candidates should be able to set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and provide customer service
  • The candidates should be able to assign, co-ordinate, and review projects and programs
