AUTO SUPREME REPAIR & SALES INC. based in Halton Hills, ON is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Administrative assistant. AUTO SUPREME REPAIR & SALES INC. is a full-service auto repair and auto body repair shop. We have been serving our community both in Brampton and Halton Hills for over 22 years. We specialize in both auto repair as well as autobody repair. Our team can take care of all automotive needs. We provide the following services but not limited to brakes, mufflers, exhaust systems, transmissions, automobile electrification, automotive air conditioner repairs, automotive glass repairs and installation, and wheel alignment. The candidates selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible.

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and be repetitive taskers
  • The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail
  • The candidates should be able to work under tight deadlines

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should be accurate, client focus, organized, flexible, reliable
  • The candidates should have excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, ability to multitask, and be able to work as a team player

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
  • The candidates should be able to supervise other workers
  • The candidates should be able to train other workers
  • The candidates should be able to record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • The candidates should be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments
  • The candidates should be able to answer the telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • The candidates should be able to answer electronic enquiries
  • The candidates should be able to compile data, statistics, and other information
  • The candidates should be able to order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • The candidates should be able to arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
  • The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • The candidates should be able to open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
  • The candidates should be able to set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • The candidates should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
