Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate attention to detail
- The candidates should be capable of handling a large workload efficiently
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate the ability to multitask effectively and exhibit flexibility in their work approach
- The candidates should be organized, prioritize client focus, and possess strong time management skills
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, etc., establish and implement policies and procedures, and oversee the development of communication strategies
- The candidates should be able to assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs, record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and schedule and confirm appointments
- The candidates should be able to manage training and development strategies, answer telephone calls and relay messages, and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
- The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, and consult with clients after the sale to provide ongoing support
