Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 yearsÂ
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating attention to detail
- The candidates should be capable of efficiently handling repetitive tasks
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have the ability to multitask effectively and possess excellent written communication skills
- The candidates should exhibit flexibility in their approach to tasks and be well-organized
- The candidates should be team players with a strong client focus and demonstrate reliability
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, as well as compile data, statistics, and other information
- The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone calls, and relay messages
- The candidates should be able to answer electronic enquiries and order office supplies while maintaining inventory
- The candidates should be able to set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
