Shifts: Day, Evening

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, electronic scheduler, database software, MS Access, and MS Office

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to meet tight deadlines

Candidate Status:

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone calls, relay messages, answer electronic enquiries, and compile data, statistics, and other information
  • The candidates should be able to order office supplies, maintain inventory, arrange travel and related itineraries, make reservations, greet people, direct them to contacts or service areas, set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
