Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to pay attention to detail
  • The candidates should be able to work with minimal supervision

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to multitask, stay organized, and demonstrate reliability
  • The candidates should be able to show dependability

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to coordinate the flow of information within the team, open and distribute mail and other materials, and establish and implement policies and procedures
  • The candidates should be able to record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences, determine and establish office procedures and routines, and schedule and confirm appointments
  • The candidates should be able to answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, answer electronic enquiries, and compile data, statistics and other information
  • The candidates should be able to respond to employee questions and complaints, order office supplies and maintain inventory, and arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
  • The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
  • The candidates should be able to perform data entry, provide customer service, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
