Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Morning
Supervision: 1 to 2 people
Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 years to less than 3 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work independently, work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, pay attention to detail and work with minimal supervision
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have the ability to multitask, possess excellent oral and written communication, and be organized
- The candidates should be a team player, accurate, client-focused, and have strong time management skills
- The candidates should demonstrate adaptability, accountability, and be a quick learner
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to open and distribute mail and other materials, record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences, determine and establish office procedures and routines and schedule and confirm appointments
- The candidates should be able to answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, answer electronic enquiries, order office supplies and maintain inventory and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- The candidates should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents, perform data entry, provide customer service, perform basic bookkeeping tasks and consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
