Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a high school graduation
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should have sufficient physical strength and conditioning to perform extensive and ongoing janitorial and custodial tasks
• The candidates should be able to understand and follow written and oral instructions and perform quality assurance reporting activities
• The candidates should demonstrate initiative and the ability to work independently

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should have experience in janitorial work and knowledge of chemicals, cleaning practices, equipment, and supplies used in janitorial processes
• The candidates should provide a satisfactory Code of Conduct and required to submit a satisfactory certificate of conduct

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to dry and wet mop floors, vacuum carpets, clean walls, furniture, fixed and selected non-fixed equipment as per daily, weekly, and monthly schedules, and as otherwise
• The candidates should be able to operate all equipment utilized within the department and collect garbage as scheduled and
• The candidates should be able to clean and disinfect hard surfaces throughout the facilities
• The candidates should be able to clean and disinfect client and resident rooms and other areas of the facilities
• The candidates should be able to clean and disinfect dirty utility room walls and floors, order housekeeping supplies and perform other related duties
