Credentials (certificates, licenses, memberships, courses, etc.): St. John’s Ambulance First-Aid Certificate; Emergency First Response Course, CPR Certificate, Canadian Red Cross First-Aid Certificate, Advanced Life Support (ALS) Certificate

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates should have a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
On the road job: Work locations may vary. Frequent or constant travel is required from the employee
Security and Safety: Immunization records and Criminal record check

Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to transport patients to the hospital or another medical facility for further medical care
- The candidate should be able to maintain ambulances and emergency care equipment and supplies
- The candidate should be able to assist hospital personnel with the provision of medical treatment, if necessary
