Salary: $17.40 to $19.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 30 to 65 hours per week

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Equipment and machinery experience: Farm truck, forklift, tractor
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have experience in fruit and vegetable combination farming and be comfortable working outdoors
- The candidates should be able to work in wet or damp conditions and be comfortable working in dusty environments
- The candidates should be able to work in hot environments and in noisy conditions
- The candidates should be able to work in cold or refrigerated environments
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be capable of performing repetitive tasks
- The candidates should be able to work effectively under pressure and handle heavy loads.
- The candidates should be able to meet tight deadlines and be physically fit for demanding tasks
- The candidates should have good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- The candidates should have a strong attention to detail and be comfortable standing for extended periods
- The candidates should be capable of bending, crouching, and kneeling, and able to handle a large workload
- The candidates should be willing to work overtime when required and adapt to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- The candidates should be comfortable walking for extended periods and capable of handling weights up to 9 kg (20 lbs)

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to guide growing shoots into optimal development positions and pick row and orchard crops
- The candidates should be able to plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops, and remove manually all suckers and water sprouts
- The candidates should be able to tie and secure plants, and train trees to produce more fruit of higher quality
- The candidates should be able to clean work areas, fertilize, and spray crops
- The candidates should be able to harvest crops and operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
