Supervision: 5 to 10 people
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completed college/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 years to less than 5 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment and be skilled at working under pressure, experienced in meeting tight deadlines
- The candidates should be proficient in handling repetitive tasks, capable of handling heavy loads, and physically fit to handle demanding tasks
- The candidates should possess a high level of attention to detail, be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and be able to stand for extended periods
- The candidates should be able to manage a large workload
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be accurate in their work, dedicated to client focus, and exhibit dependability in their responsibilities
- The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills, have excellent oral communication skills, and demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changing situations

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, determine the type of services to be offered, and implement operational procedures
- The candidates should be able to balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms, conduct performance reviews, and cost products and services
- The candidates should be able to organize and maintain inventory, monitor revenues, modify procedures and prices, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- The candidates should be able to negotiate with clients for catering or the use of facilities, develop, implement, and analyze budgets, and participate in marketing plans and implementation
- The candidates should be able to set staff work schedules, monitor staff performance, address customers’ complaints or concerns, provide customer service, and recruit, train, and supervise staff
