Requirements:

Languages:ย Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations efficiently, balance cash, and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms accurately
  • The candidates should be able to conduct performance reviews effectively and cost products and services appropriately
  • The candidates should be able to organize and maintain inventory meticulously and ensure health and safety regulations are followed strictly
  • The candidates should be able to negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies proficiently and participate in marketing plans and implementation strategies
  • The candidates should be able to set staff work schedules, monitor staff performance diligently, and lead/instruct individuals effectively
  • The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns promptly and provide exceptional customer service
  • The candidates should be able to recruit, train, and supervise staff members appropriately
