Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Candidate Status:

Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations efficiently, balance cash, and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms accurately
The candidates should be able to conduct performance reviews effectively and cost products and services appropriately
The candidates should be able to organize and maintain inventory meticulously and ensure health and safety regulations are followed strictly
The candidates should be able to negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies proficiently and participate in marketing plans and implementation strategies
The candidates should be able to set staff work schedules, monitor staff performance diligently, and lead/instruct individuals effectively
The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns promptly and provide exceptional customer service
The candidates should be able to recruit, train, and supervise staff members appropriately
