Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business and Finance
Experience: Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of professional digital marketing experience, either from an agency or client side
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have the ability to operate effectively in a complex organizational structure
- The candidates should develop and certify the talent within the in-house paid social team
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have demonstrated expertise in media buying platforms, ad serving, and relationship management
- The candidates should have strong communication skills and the ability to deliver effective presentations
- The candidates should have subject matter knowledge in buying platforms for various social media channels: Meta, Snap, TikTok, Reddit, and Pinterest
- The candidates should have experience in supervising a team and achieving outstanding media outcomes
- The candidates should have proficiency in strategic planning, project execution, and digital marketing technologies
- The candidates should be familiar with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Business Manager
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assist in developing and certifying talent within the in-house paid social team
- The candidates should be able to support continuous improvement in processes and operations to deliver top-notch executions and strategies
- The candidates should be able to ensure partner satisfaction and meet performance metrics by collaborating on an optimized paid social framework for CTC
- The candidates should be able to serve as the main point of contact for day-to-day paid social execution
- The candidates should be able to assist in leading and mentoring a dynamic paid social media team and train team members on platform execution, reporting or insights, and partner communication
- The candidates should be able to oversee the campaign pipeline, ensuring work is balanced among team members and they receive the support and contribute to continuous improvement in paid social excellence through strategic support
- The candidates should be able to collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address improvement areas and engage in company-wide initiatives such as education, testing, and internal marketing efforts
- The candidates should be able to stay updated on new opportunities and provide technical support for digital technology projects and operate with a test-and-learn mindset, promoting organizational growth
- The candidates should be able to foster alignment among cross-functional teams and support new initiatives and ensure accurate data capture and campaign analytics across digital media and CTC digital properties
