Saskatchewan Voice of People with Disabilities Inc is a well-known licensed non-profit disability care service providing high-quality care to disabled. We provide care facilities that comply with all regulations from the Ministry of Canada. We are known as a group of staff with all the security and registration checks done. Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualification such as post-secondary education
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset

Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to provides, information service for advocacy, systems navigation for people with disabilities
- The candidate should be able to assess cases with tools provided for the purpose of evaluating the need for service and/or referral for service
- The candidate should be able to identify applicable services and community resources for clients and liaise with appropriate agencies
- The candidate should be able to advocate with clients to provide a fair and equitable environment to address issues of disagreement with government departments and/or agencies.
- The candidate should be able to demonstrate conflict resolution skills such as Fields inquiries
- The candidate should be able to educate individuals on rights and responsibilities of tenancy
- The candidate should be able to participate with networks to address disability needs in the community
- The candidate should be able to gather data, updates and maintains records regularly for statistical purposes
- The candidate should be able to assist individuals with filling out disability-related forms
- The candidate should be able to help people prepare for government program appeals
- The candidate should be able to provide information about disability services and programs
- The candidate should have program knowledge, quality focus, problem solving, documentation skills, listening, phone skills, resolving conflict and analyzing Information
- The candidate should have working knowledge of the social and economic barriers of the vulnerable people with disabilities in the community
- The candidate should have working knowledge of community resources including outreach, programming and services
