Salary: $21.37 hourly for 40 to 50 hours per week
Employment Type: Full time, Permanent employment
Location: Whitecourt, AB
Transportation/travel information: Valid driver’s licence and vehicle supplied by employer
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses: Candidates must have Class 4/4F/F/4A-B-C Licence (ambulances, emergency vehicles and buses with fewer than 24 passengers) and Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks and other 2-axle vehicles)
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work in a flexible environment and also in an organized way
- The candidate should be reliable
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to provide basic tourist information and also provide pick up and delivery services on request
- The candidate should be able to operate dispatch systems and also operate two-way radios
- The candidate should be able to pick up passengers and drive them to destinations, assist passengers with luggage and in boarding vehicles and also attend to complaints or difficult passengers
- The candidate should be able to clean and make minor repairs to vehicle, take vehicle for servicing, collect fare, assist clients/guests with special needs, record transactions and also drive business or government personnel to and from destinations
