Salary: $34.10 to $40.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 30 to 40 hours per week

Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to hire and train or arrange for training of cleaning staff, supervise and coordinate activities of workers, and inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards
- The candidates should be able to recommend or arrange for additional services such as painting, repair work, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment, and maintain financial records
- The candidates should be able to receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs, coordinate work activities with other departments, and establish work schedules
