Salary: $18.00 hourly for 44 hours per week

Location: Fort McMurray, AB
Shifts: Day, Morning
Work setting: Employer’s home with optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis. Note: This is NOT a condition of employment

Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an assetÂ

Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be non-smokers
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents, perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, and shop for food and household supplies
- The candidates should be able to wash, iron, and press clothing and household linens, discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents, and instruct children in personal hygiene and social development
- The candidates should be able to maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, organize activities such as games and outings for children, and prepare and serve nutritious meals
- The candidates should be able to supervise and care for children, and take children to and from school and to appointments
