Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be eligible to work in the country of interest at the time of any offer of employment and take responsibility for securing any required work permits, visas, or other authorizations
- The candidates should be willing to work shifts and occasionally extended hours and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work effectively in a team
- The candidates should be able to deal effectively with internal and external customers, demonstrate leadership skills

- The candidates should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and possess excellent English communication skills, both oral and written
- The candidates should have experience with external or internal management development
- The candidates should possess proficient computer skills, including Word, E-Mail, Excel, and Windows
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to guide and direct AC, contracted maintenance organizations, and flight crews to ensure compliance with AC maintenance requirements, maximum serviceability of aircraft, on-time performance, and aircraft utilization in accordance with the AC Control Manual
- The candidates should be able to manage the technical dispatch of all AC and customer aircraft in conformance with applicable standards of Airworthiness
- The candidates should be able to coordinate necessary day-of-flight maintenance activities at line stations and provide technical assistance, including troubleshooting instructions for the rectification of defects, including the management of repeat defects
- The candidates should be able to act as the focal point of contact for all Line Maintenance activities on an around-the-clock basis, including irregular operations (IROPS) and emergency operations
- The candidates should be able to communicate any aircraft operational restrictions to Flight Dispatch and Systems Operations Control (SOC)
- The candidates should be able to take responsibility for the control of all MELs affected on the fleet and continuously update the shift manager and other senior management, as needed, on the operational status of the fleet
- The candidates should be able to stay current with all technical and regulatory training required to function in the assigned role
