Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, including dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • The candidates should be able to plan menus, determine the size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
  • The candidates should be able to inspect kitchens and food service areas, order supplies and equipment, supervise kitchen staff and helpers, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • The candidates should be able to clean the kitchen and work areas and manage kitchen operations
