Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications such as a high school, bachelor’s degree, a certificate or a diploma
Experience: Candidates need experience of 1 year to less than 2 years
Cuisine specialties: East Indian

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate should be able to Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies, Inspect kitchens and food service areas and Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food, Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, Clean kitchen and work areas, Recruit and hire staff and Manage kitchen operations
  • The candidate should be able to Order supplies and equipment and also Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
