Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, inspect kitchens and food service areas, maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment and also clean kitchen and work areas
- The candidate should be able to train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
