Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have a minimum three (3) year diploma/degree, in business administration or related field
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum five (5) years experience coordinating activities with conflicting deadlines

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should have experience working and/or leading in a team environment
  • The candidate should demonstrate progressively senior clerical experience in an independent setting
  • The candidate should show a demonstrated progression and experience in administrative roles in a post-secondary or client service setting
  • The candidate should possess a strong understanding of the Canadian college system and international student admission requirements and experience dealing with a diverse population of postsecondary students
  • The candidate should have experience using Salesforce and a Student Information system is preferred

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate should be able to coordinate and support activities related to the International and Private Partnership admission process
  • The candidate should be able to provide analysis and detailed reporting on various components of the admissions process to ensure a seamless experience for students and to help support the College in meeting its international enrolment targets
  • The candidate should be able to provide a wide range of independent support to all International and Private Partnership admissions activities, reporting to the Manager, International Enrolment
  • They should be able to plan and coordinate email communications to students, ensuring effective and timely communication throughout the admission process
  • The candidate should be able to set admission maximum targets, aligning them with institutional goals and international enrolment targets
  • They should be able to engage with recruitment agents to enhance the conversion of applicants into registrants, fostering effective partnerships and communication channels
  • The candidate should be able to maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards and serve as the point person for international student inquiries. They should also nurture relationships with the International Education Centre
  • The candidate should be able to provide additional support, advising, and training to the International Enrolment Officers and other teams in the Registrar’s Office. They should work closely with the Academic area to determine and identify admission requirements and barriers
  • The candidate should be able to champion process improvements for the International Enrolment team and coordinate debriefs and review meetings every semester
