Salary: $22.00 to $25.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Dundas, ON
Shifts: Day, 08:30 to 17:00
Transportation information: Own transportation and own vehicle
Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as college/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to pay attention to detail and work in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
- The candidates should be able to perform repetitive tasks
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate punctuality, focus on clients, and exhibit efficient interpersonal skills
- The candidates should communicate excellently in oral communication, communicate excellently in written communication, and show flexibility
- The candidates should be organized, demonstrate reliability, and work as a team player
Candidate Status:

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns, answer inquiries and provide information to customers, and explain the type and cost of services offered
- The candidates should be able to issue receipts and other forms, obtain and examine all relevant information to assess client feedback, inquiries and complaints in the delivery of meaningful information and services, and perform general office duties
- The candidates should be able to receive and log complaints and sell merchandise
