CAA Atlantic’s Customer Service Department supports members with travel assistance, roadside help, and insurance services. It provides personalized and efficient solutions to address inquiries and issues. By focusing on member satisfaction, it enhances loyalty and trust. Its dedicated approach ensures reliable support and maintains a strong regional presence. The candidates selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible.

Location: Halifax, NS, CA
Shift: 4 hours every third Saturday and early evening

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a high school diploma
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be flexible and able to work the occasional early evening and 4 hours every third Saturday and be motivated to sell

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should possess and preferably have some post-secondary education and enjoyed their experience working with the public
  • The candidates should be savvy with computer software and able to pick up new skills quickly
  • The candidates should know their way around a map and be able to identify many major US and Canadian cities
  • The candidates should have an awesome attitude and a desire to help people and consider bilingualism

  • The candidates should be able to provide signature experience customer service to our members and customers, ensuring exceptional support and satisfaction
  • The candidates should be able to identify and recommend the right product to members and customers based on their specific needs and preferences

  • The candidates should be able to navigate challenging situations with patience and grace, maintaining professionalism and empathy in all interactions
