Salary: $18.00 to $20.00 hourly (To be negotiated) 30 to 40 hours per week

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to receive and register documents for data entry
  • The candidates should be able to enter data according to specified format
  • The candidates should be able to transfer data between software, classify, label and store diskettes/ disks and tapes of data
  • The candidates should be able to verify accuracy and completeness of data, create digital records using a scanner
  • The candidates should be able to store, update and maintain databases
  • The candidates should be able to perform backup procedures, transfer handwritten data to Excel or Word documents
  • The candidates should be able to perform general office duties
