Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualification such as secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates need an experience of 7 months to 1 year
Computer and technology knowledge: Database software, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Word, Internet
Area of Specialization: Charts, tables, graphs and diagrams, Reports and records
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and perform repetitive tasks
- The candidate should be able to pay attention to detail and work with hand-eye coordination
- The candidate should be able to sit for longer periods
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to receive and register documents for data entry also enter data according to specified format
- The candidate should be able to transfer data between software also verify accuracy and completeness of data
- The candidate should be able to store, update and maintain databases also perform backup procedures
- The candidate should be able to create digital records using a scanner
