Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Credentials: Child development assistant (ECE level 1), Child development supervisor (ECE level 3), Child development worker (ECE level 2), and Emergency child care first aid and CPR
Security and safety: Criminal record check and Bondable
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to perform repetitive tasks and have attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to manage a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and be comfortable with bending, crouching, and kneeling
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be punctual, dependable, and reliable
- The candidates should have efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication skills, and interpersonal awareness
- The candidates should be flexible, exhibit good judgment, and be team players

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to bathe, diaper, and feed infants and toddlers, develop and implement child-care programs that support and promote physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development, and engage in storytelling
- The candidates should be able to assist early childhood educators in carrying out programs that promote children’s development, lead activities by telling stories, teaching songs, and taking children to local points of interest, and assist in keeping records
- The candidates should be able to encourage children to express creativity through art, dramatic play, music, and physical activity, engage children in activities by preparing crafts, and guide them in the development of proper eating, dressing, and toilet habits
- The candidates should be able to prepare snacks, arrange rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods, observe children for signs of potential learning or behavioral problems, and prepare reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors
- The candidates should be able to submit written observations on children, discuss progress and problems at staff meetings, establish guidelines for behavior, and establish and maintain collaborative relationships with co-workers and community service providers
- The candidates should be able to plan and maintain an environment that protects the health, security, and well-being of children, and plan and organize activities for school-age children in child-care programs before and after regular school hours
