Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to handle physically demanding tasks and be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- The candidates should be capable of bending, crouching, kneeling, and performing other physical movements as required
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should prioritize punctuality and possess efficient interpersonal skills
- The candidates should demonstrate excellent oral communication abilities and exhibit flexibility in task approach
- The candidates should exercise sound judgment and be team players
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to bathe, diaper, feed infants and toddlers, and engage in storytelling
- The candidates should be able to assist early childhood educators in carrying out programs that foster physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development in children
- The candidates should be able to assist in record-keeping tasks for early childhood educators or supervisors
- The candidates should be able to engage children through storytelling, song teaching, and craft preparation
- The candidates should be able to maintain daycare equipment, perform housekeeping tasks, and assist with cooking duties
- The candidates should be able to prepare snacks, arrange rooms for lunch and rest periods, and engage children in activities
- The candidates should be able to provide written observations on children to early childhood educators or supervisors
- The candidates should be able to discuss progress and issues concerning children during staff meetings
- The candidates should be able to attend staff meetings and contribute to discussions on children’s progress and issues
