Salary: $18.00 to $20.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 40 to 50 hours per week
Employment Type: Seasonal employment Full time
Location: 21 Channel Street Killarney, ON P0M 2A0
Shifts: Weekend, Morning
Work setting: Staff accommodation provided

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads and proficient in weight handling, up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • The candidates should be comfortable standing for extended periods and capable of bending, crouching, and kneeling

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to operate fishing gear to catch fish and other marine life, clean, sort, and pack fish in ice, and stow catch in the hold
