- The candidates should be able to lead Team Members in their department to execute store plans and assigned tasks effectively
- The candidates should be able to provide category-specific product knowledge to assist both Team Members and customers
- The candidates should be able to support the on-the-job training and development of Team Members to enhance their skills and performance
- The candidates should be able to maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment for all employees
- The candidates should be able to manage and implement loss prevention processes to protect company
- The candidates should be able to merchandise products effectively to optimize store layout and presentation
- The candidates should be able to ensure the warehouse remains tidy, with products stored safely and inventory allocated correctly and work flexible night shifts, typically from 6 PM to 2:30 AM
