Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have genuinely care about our customers’ shopping experience

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to respond to Team Member and customer inquiries with category-specific product knowledge
  • The candidates should take initiative and work well with minimal supervision and demonstrated leadership skills and previous experience in retail or another service industry
  • The candidates should enjoy working with people and be respectful, upfront, and act with integrity

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to help create a fun, safe, and unique shopping experience for customers through Royal Service
  • The candidates should be able to lead Team Members in the department to complete store plans and tasks effectively
  • The candidates should be able to support on-the-job training and the development of Team Members
  • The candidates should be able to maintain a safe and respectful work environment for both Team Members and customers and manage loss prevention processes to safeguard company
