Supervision: 5-10 people
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Credentials: Child development assistant (ECE level 1)
Security and safety: Criminal record check

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to bathe, diaper, and feed infants and toddlers, develop and implement child-care programs that support physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development, and perform storytelling
- The candidates should be able to assist early childhood educators or supervisors in keeping records, encourage children to express creativity through art, dramatic play, music, and physical activity, and engage children in activities by telling stories, teaching songs, and preparing crafts
- The candidates should be able to guide and assist children in developing proper eating, dressing, and toilet habits, prepare snacks, arrange rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods, observe children for signs of learning or behavioural problems, and prepare reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors
- The candidates should be able to attend staff meetings to discuss children’s progress and problems, and plan and organize activities for school-age children in child-care programs before and after regular school hours
