Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have the ability to follow set procedures
- The candidates should be able to lift up to 70 lbs. (32 kg) unassisted
- The candidates should be capable of working with automated conveyor belts and manual rollers
- The candidates should feel comfortable working inside container trailers, delivery trucks, or similar equipment
- The candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding, and temperature-changing warehouse environment
- The candidates should have the ability to work with and recognize postal codes and routing charts
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess good organizational and multi-tasking skills
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to prepare and organize merchandise for shipping or delivery
- The candidates should be able to safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- The candidates should be able to verify and inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality
- The candidates should be able to sort, label, and package items according to company standards
