Work Setting: General law practice
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: The candidate should have minimum qualification of College, CEGEP or equivalent experience.
Experience: The candidate should have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a related industry.
Supervision: Receptionists and switchboard operators
Computer and technology knowledge: Divorcemate Software, MS Word, PCLaw in the Cloud
Valuator specialization: Incorporation, income tax, expropriation and family law
Area of specialization: Financial statements, Correspondence
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to prepare financial statements and reports
- The candidate should be able to review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage
