We are known to provide satisfaction to our customers, that they don’t have to go to any one else after getting the best services from us. We hire foreign workers to fill labour or skill shortages on a temporary basis. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible. This position of Farm labourer is approved by LMIA.

Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Early Morning and Morning
Work Setting: Rural area and various locations
Work Site Environment: Candidates should work in wet or damp, hot and non-smoking place
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications such as a high school, bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Type of Product: Vegetables
Type of Crops: Bell peppers and Tomatoes
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work in fast-paced environment
- The candidate should be able to perform repetitive tasks
- The candidate should be physically strong
- The candidate should be able to stand for extended periods
- The candidate should be able for large workload
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to hand harvesting vegetables
- The candidate should be able to plant, cultivate and irrigate crops
- The candidate should be able to harvest crops
- The candidate should be able to examine produce for quality and prepare for market
- The candidate should be able to report signs of insect or disease damage
- The candidate should be able to mix and prepare soils
- The candidate should be able to apply fertilizers
- The candidate should be able to water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens
- The candidate should be able to clean work area
