Salary: $17.48 to $21.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 30 to 60 hours per week

Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Flexible Hours, Early Morning, Morning

Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Equipment and machinery experience:Â Farm truck
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle repetitive tasks, and work under pressure
- The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads, meet tight deadlines, and perform physically demanding tasks
- The candidates should be able to demonstrate manual dexterity, maintain hand-eye coordination, and pay attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, kneel, and manage a large workload
- The candidates should be able to work overtime when required, perform a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and handle up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be flexible, exercise judgement, and be organized
- The candidates should be team players
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to guide growing shoots into optimal development positions, pick row and orchard crops, and plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
- The candidates should be able to remove manually all suckers and water sprouts, tie and secure plants, and train trees to produce more fruit of higher quality
- The candidates should be able to clean the work area, fertilize and spray crops, and harvest crops
