Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to perform repetitive tasks, handle heavy loads, and be physically demanding
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods, perform tasks involving bending, crouching, and kneeling, and sit for extended periods
- The candidates should be able to work outdoors, in wet or damp conditions, in dusty environments, and in hot conditions
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to clean the crops, mix fertilizer, and plant, cultivate and irrigate crops
- The candidates should be able to perform weeding, fertilize and spray crops, and harvest crops
- The candidates should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, and examine product for quality and its readiness for the market
