Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need any degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be experienced in fruit and vegetable combination farming and be comfortable working at heights
- The candidates should be able to work in hot conditions and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure, handle heavy loads, and be physically fit to meet the demands of the job
- The candidates should possess the ability to distinguish between colors and be adaptable to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- The candidates should be capable of bending, crouching, and kneeling as required
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to perform clipping
- The candidates should be able to conduct deleafing
- The candidates should be able to handle grading
- The candidates should be able to engage in greenhouse cleaning
- The candidates should be able to execute lowering
- The candidates should be able to carry out suckering
