Shifts: Day, Weekend, Overtime, Flexible Hours, Early Morning, Morning, 06:00 to 14:30
Work Setting: Fish plant
Work Site Environment: Odours, Cold/refrigerated

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualification such as a secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates need an experience of 2-3 years
Ability to Supervise: Staff in various areas of responsibility

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate should be able to recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • The candidate should be able to establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units
  • The candidate should be able to supervise, coordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers
  • The candidate should be able to identify, evaluate, control and prevent hazards at all stages of the food production process
