Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should be enrolled in or a graduate of a Culinary Management program
Experience: Candidates should have experience in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment
Other Requirements:
-  The candidates should have cake decorating experience, experience in baking pastries, and supervisory experience
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to aim to make our guests happy by delivering amazing experiences and assisting them in creating lifelong memories
- The candidates should be able to interact with people of all ages and backgrounds to enhance the overall guest experience
- The candidates should be able to strive to gain skills, knowledge, and experience that will be beneficial for their future endeavors
- The candidates should be able to ensure the smooth operation of the assigned location
- The candidates should be able to supervise and assist in the preparation and cooking of large quantities of food in compliance with Ontario Health regulations and department specifications
- The candidates should be able to assist in the training of all kitchen associates on the operation of equipment and food production
- The candidates should be able to ensure all menu items are prepared as per the recipe
- The candidates should be responsible for inventory management of all products prepared in the assigned location
