Supervision: 5-10 people and Food service counter attendants and food preparers

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
  • The candidates should be able to combine sitting, standing, and walking, stand for extended periods, and bend, crouch, and kneel
  • The candidates should be able to walk for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasks

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to have efficient interpersonal skills, have excellent oral communication skills, be flexible, client-focused, and be team players

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to establish methods to meet work schedules, supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, and train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
  • The candidates should be able to estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, hire food service staff, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • The candidates should be able to prepare budget and cost estimates, address customers’ complaints or concerns, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  • The candidates should be able to prepare and submit reports and establish work schedules
