Mac’s Convenience Store based in Fort McMurray, AB is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Food service supervisor. Mac’s Convenience Store is a chain of convenience stores in Canada since 1961. We had been owned and operated by Alimentation Couche-Tard since 1999. We operate our business through 5906 strores across Canada. We are known to provide satisfaction to our customers, that they don’t have to go to any one else after getting the best services from us. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible.

Salary: $17.00 hourly for 37.5 hours per week

Shifts: Day and Weekend
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates need experience of 2 years to less than 3 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work in fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate and order ingredients and supplies, ensure food service and quality control, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage and also prepare and submit reports
- The candidate should be able to supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food and also train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- The candidate should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns
