B & J Berry Farm Ltd is an amazing berry farm which provides and supplies different kinds of berries like Blueberries and Raspberries. With all of our products, we focus our development and production on inclusion of attributes our customers can use to improve the quality and value of their feeds. We have dedicated staff who help us to run our farm smoothly. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible. The position of Fruit farm worker is approved by LMIA.

Salary: $16.05 hourly for 40 hours per 40 to 70 hours per week

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Type of crops: Blueberries, Raspberries
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in outdoors, wet/damp, dusty, and hot areas.
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure in fast-paced environment, be physically demanding, and a repetitive tasker.
- The candidates should be able to handle heavy workloads
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to hand harvesting vegetables, hoe crops, plant, cultivate and irrigate crops, and harvest crops.
- The candidates should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, examine produce for quality and prepare for market.
- The candidates should be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, crouch, and kneel for extended periods.
