Salary: $17.20 hourly for 40 to 60 hours per week

Shifts: Day, Weekend, Early Morning, Morning
Work setting: Rural area and Remote location

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Security and safety: Criminal record check

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, perform repetitive tasks, work under pressure, handle heavy loads, meet tight deadlines, and perform physically demanding tasks
• The candidates should have good hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and be able to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods, as well as manage a large workload
• The candidates should be able to work overtime when required, have experience in other miscellaneous crop farming, and be able to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should have efficient interpersonal skills, be flexible, have good judgement, be organized, reliable, and team players, while upholding values and ethics, and being quick learners

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to apply fertilizers, clean the crops, cut agricultural crops, and cut agricultural seed according to farm standards
• The candidates should be able to clean greenhouses, mix fertilizer, plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops, and remove manually all suckers and water sprouts
• The candidates should be able to clean work area, fertilize and spray crops, harvest crops, and operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
• The candidates should be able to pot and re-pot plants, mix and prepare soils, bud trees, and cut horticultural crops
